What is the Allowed Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) in MN?
Minnesota’s drunk driving limit is currently 0.8%.
Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) or Blood Alcohol Concentration is measured in grams of alcohol in 100 grams of an individuals blood. For example, a BAC of 0.8% really means 0.08 grams of alcohol per 100 grams of blood.
Do not use a standard amount of drinks consumed to measure your BAC as it is not a good measure due to variations in individual physiology.
