Bob Standke

Mr.Standke graduated from Minnetonka High School in 1966. He received a BA Degree magna cum laude in Journalism from the University of Minnesota in 1970.He also received his Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1975.

He has practiced law in the Lake Minnetonka area for over 33 years. He was a founding principal in two prior firms: Thorsen, MacKinnon and Standke as well as Standke, Greene & Greenstein, Ltd.. He currently practices the this firm of Standke & Page, Ltd.

Mr.Standke practices in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law. He has been directly involved in approximately 4,000 Family Law matters during the time he has been in practice. He represents both men and women in Dissolution of Marriage Proceedings, Adoptions, Paternity Matters, Child Support Matters, Contested Custody Matters, Mediation and Appeals. He also works in the areas of Estate Planning and the Probate of Estates.

Mr.Page has been engaged in the Practice of Law since 1979. He advises and represents clients in Real Estate on both Purchase and Sale. Small Business Formation and Operation legal services are offered based upon his wide range of experience as legal counsel for and personal participation in a variety of businesses in the Electronics Manufacturing and Real Estate Management/Development fields. Substantial litigation experience in Employment Law, Collections, Business Conflicts, as well as Real Estate Title Issues make him an experienced courtroom advocate for clients. Years of experience in Marital Dissolution, Probate, Trust, Criminal, and Municipal Law round out his practice. He is a Certified Real Property Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
